• Enjoy boating the coastal waterways, St. John’s River, or a spring-fed, private lake
• Relax on a scenic cruise.
• View numerous wildlife such as wading birds, manatees, dolphins, gators, deer and more.
• Fish for large-mouth bass, crappie, black drum, redfish, catfish, and other species

• Diving off the boat is strictly prohibited.
• Any lost or broken equipment resulting from negligence will incur an additional charge.
• Payment in full is required prior to departure from the dock.
• Runnin' Down a Dream charter is not responsible for any personal items lost or broken during the charter.
• Guests are allowed to bring their own food and beverages.
• Please leave coolers in your car during the charter.

• Spray on Sunscreen - Lotion form only
• Glass Bottles
• Illegal Drugs (including Rx'd marijuana products)
• Inebriated/Impaired Passengers

• Upon receiving the location details for your charter meeting point, kindly adhere to the regulations specified by the designated boat ramp facility.
• In the event that a parking or entry fee is applicable, please note that Runnin' Down a Dream Charter is not responsible for any fees or charges. 
• Additionally, Runnin' Down a Dream Charter assumes no liability for damages incurred while parked in the designated lot or any fines resulting from non-payment of permits or towing. 

Florida weather is known for its unpredictability. In the event that the Captain deems the conditions too hazardous to proceed, the trip will be promptly terminated, and the proration of the trip cost will be executed according to the terms outlined and agreed upon in the charter contract. 

Failure to adhere to any of the aforementioned rules or those stipulated in the Waiver Agreement and Charter Contract will lead to the immediate termination of the trip, and no refund will be issued.
